The simple yet elegant design of the one-piece sealed housing makes installation a snap and features our patent pending filter-to-housing interface. The heat soak resistant material ensures the coolest air intake charge available. A diamond tread plate pattern is molded directly into the top of the air box to give your truck the next level of personalization that it deserves. A urethane plug is also included if you wish to block off the auxiliary air inlet. This system uses a CAD designed, dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. With the addition of the included Mass Air Flow (MAF)-to-Temperature (Temp) sensor adaptor, this intake system will work on all vehicles in the included application range equipped with either a MAF sensor or a Temp sensor. This Magnum FORCE intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This filter has a massive 6.75 in. x 4.75 in. elliptical flange and is 9 in. tall with an inverted top. Its Pro 5R performance air filter media features five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media, providing maximum airflow and performance. Premium stainless-steel worm drive clamps are used for durability and provide the best corrosion resistance possible.
