Have your feed tubes been in service for some time? Might there be a chance that the extended hot cranking you've been experiencing is due to leakage at the feed tube/injector interface? Then we highly recommend that the feed tubes be replaced whenever the injectors are removed from the head. Incorrect alignment at assembly, and relative micro movement in service can cause leak paths between the injector and tube that leads to rail pressure loss.
