These are BLEMISHED SFI 48RE OD Housings. 

The housings have a pin hole where the Transmission mount bolts to the case. If you put the bolts in all 4 holes with loctite, they usually do not leak. They will need the case or park rod machined for the park rod to have full movement to get Manual 1st.
