Heavy Hauler 6.7 Cummins Long Block (2019+)
Our Heavy Hauler 6.7 Cummins Long Blocks for 2019+ models come fully assembled, including the oil pan, rear crank seal, front cover and crank seal, and oil filter housing, along with our Stage 1 High-Performance Cylinder Head. We include a street/towing camshaft, which typically results in a 200-300 degree drop in EGT and an increase in fuel economy due to the additional airflow. These engines are assembled with the best parts available, backed by our years of experience in the high-performance diesel industry, making them perfect for demanding work trucks. This long block is rated for up to 700 hp, providing robust performance for high-demand applications.
To address common issues found in 2019+ engines, we utilize components from the more reliable 2018 and older models. These older platforms have a superior track record of reliability compared to the newer engines. By replacing the hydraulic roller lifter setup with solid flat tappets and adjustable rockers, we enhance both reliability and performance. Depending on the year selected, we will use 2019-2020 or 2021-2024 front covers and timing gear housings. The older platform allows for seamless integration, as everything bolts in the same way, and ensures more readily available and less expensive parts down the road.

High-Performance Cylinder Head: D&J Stage 1 Performance Cylinder Heads are disassembled, crack-checked, fitted with extra-large heavy-duty seats, machined for thread-in soft plugs, and 5-axis CNC ported. Each head undergoes a CNC high-performance valve job and is pressure-checked before assembly and painting.

Blueprinted and Balanced: All engines are blueprinted, balanced, oil clearance measured, and rings file fit.

Pre-lubed and Painted: Engines are painted black and shipped pre-lubed with break-in oil and filter included.

Machined Rocker Box and Pedestals: Ensures a precise fit and optimal performance.

Cores must include usable crank, cylinder head, rocker bases, oil pan and bolts, pickup tube, timing gear housing, timing gear housing cover and bolts, rear seal housing and bolts, piston cooling nozzles, bolts, lower rocker box, and bolts. Note: We do not accept the blocks from 2019+ engines as cores because they are not used for rebuilds. If there are issues with any of the parts, you will not be charged the full core amount, only the amount needed to replace the bad part. Our core charge is based on re-manufactured parts.
